Our production facility is fully capable of handling demand for any size production run. Although our facilities are targeted at low to mid volume pre-production runs, as more than just another mold shop we are capable of handling any volume that our customers may require.
We have a firm understanding that quality needs to be "built-in" to our parts and processes. All of our production employees are trained to look for potential defects on every part they contribute to. Each part is examined to determine what areas are problem areas depending on the customers needs and the part geometry. These areas are then called to the attention of the press operator at the beginning of every shift, for every job, to ensure six-sigma quality on every part.
